Marende challenges Abeingo on projectsBy Shad Bulimo, Feb 11 2009 The Speaker lauded the formation of Abeingo as a vehicle that can mobilise people from Western Province to engage in meaningful economic development projects. He said Abeingo's presence needs to be felt on the ground in Kenya. "You need to start with a small project that can then become a focal point for your activities," he said. Earlier, Abeingo Chairman, Juvenal Shiundu told the Speaker that Abeingo Holdings Limited had been registered in Kenya in which members would be invited to buy shares to mobilise resources for investment and economic take-off in Western. He also said a branch of Abeingo Community Network has also been registered in Kenya to cater for grassroots membership and spearhead charitable causes.
