Sasia: Highest ranking Luhya army general promotedThe highest ranking Luhya military officer, Major General Emoch M Sasia has been appointed Assistant Chief of General Staff (ACGS) in Charge of Personnel and Logistics at Defence Headquarters. Until his appointment yesterday, he was Directing Staff at the National Defence College. Before him, the highest ranking officer was Brigadier Okanga who was retired last year. Other senior officers include Colonel Josphat Bukhala, Humphrey Khisa and Jeremiah Musumba.
