MARTIN SIBOE WALIAULA: I am a Ugandan and I wish to ask for your assistance. Iam looking for a gentleman by the names of Martin Siboe Waliawula. He is Bukusu (Elgon Maasai) from Bungoma. He should be in his forties and he did his first degree from USIU-Africa. He first worked with KGGCU Nakuru and later joined Pricewater House after that I lost touch.
